Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with Customers: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online platforms and other communication channels.

  • Understand & Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs and resolve their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate support channels.

  • Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions.

  • Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, ensuring consistency and compliance in service delivery.

  • Meet Performance Standards: Achieve and exceed Service Level Agreements, effectively managing customer escalations when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in related field

  • Strong communication and networking skills

  • Candidate with dental clinical experience is an added advantage

  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team

  • Able to understand and follow instruction appropriately

  • Pleasant personality and able to converse in English well

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Immediate availability is an added advantage

  • Flexible to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends & holidays as required.
