Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Admin to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring timely debt recovery and maintaining accurate financial records. You will work closely with the finance and operations teams to manage collection processes and provide administrative support.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
  • Prepare and send collection notices and reminders.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections and update payment status in the system.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve payment issues.
  • Generate collection reports for management review.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to finance and credit control.

Requirements:
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in collections or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of credit control processes is an advantage.
