DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide administration and operation support which includes change request, configuration, testing and deployment of application and new features under enhancement or projects to meet business needs.
  2. Provide system/application support to achieve target level of availability.
  3. Perform investigation/troubleshooting/debugging of reported problems.
  4. Liaise with vendor for application bug fixes and enhancement.
  5. Perform internal control monitoring.
  6. Perform health checks on systems, servers, jobs, backup, disaster recovery plan, and integration.
  7. Conduct system/application training session to internal users.
  8. Effectively manage all related control system and instrumentation documentation.
  9. Respond to all emergency calls for instrumentation & control issues and ensure issues are rectified promptly.
  10. Create contingency plan for major fault and temporary usage (as needed) to ensure business continuity.
  11. Supervise work of team members and contractors to ensure work is done and in compliance to safety regulations.
  12. Perform administrative tasks as required.
  13. Provide adequate training to team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  2. At least 3 years' working experience in related field.
  3. Familiarity with MS SQL Server, MS Windows Server and basic networking skills.
  4. Writing SQL query scripts/designing and creating reports in commonly used reporting tools is an added advantage.
  5. Knowledge in RPA Automation tools is an added advantage.
  6. Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and manufacturing related systems support is an added advantage.
  7. Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
