Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Event Marketing professional, based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Event Marketing role involves assisting in the planning and execution of events, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication to achieve marketing goals. Responsibilities include supporting event logistics, collaborating with team members, interacting with clients and attendees, and assisting in promoting events to drive attendance and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attendees, and team members
  • Experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing, ensuring smooth event execution and promotional activities
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Sales to support event-related sales and promotional tasks
  • Proactive and organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is a plus
