About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tomaz 21 Trees Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our in-store restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
What you'll be doing
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Ensuring that all menu items are prepared and served according to company standards and customer specifications
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for supplies as needed
- Handling customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assisting with the training and development of restaurant staff
- Preparing and submitting accurate records and reports related to daily operations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a positive dining experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with food safety and health regulations
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
