We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Clerk to support in handling customer orders, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle sales order processing and ensure accuracy in order entry.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

Maintain customer records, reports, and documentation.

Assist the marketing team with customer inquiries and communication.

Prepare and maintain sales and marketing reports.

Requirements:

SPM, STPM or related fields.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.


SAP system will be an advantage.

Experience in sales/marketing or administrative roles is an added advantage.
