The Marketing Event Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact events that strengthen brand visibility, support business development, and enhance client engagement. This role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage end-to-end event operations — from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan, organise, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships, activations, launches, and internal company events.
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, venue arrangements, and setup requirements.
  • Prepare event briefs, budgets, floor plans, and schedules.

Marketing & Branding Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align event concepts with brand strategy.
  • Coordinate production of event collaterals (e.g., banners, posters, booths, stage visuals, merchandise).
  • Ensure all branding guidelines are followed across venues and touchpoints.
  • Assist in digital promotions, social media posting, and campaign coordination for events.

Client & Partner Management

  • Liaise with clients, sponsors, exhibitors, and partners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Prepare proposals, quotation decks, and event documentation.
  • Support relationship-building and follow-ups before and after events.

On-Site Execution

  • Oversee event setup, registration, crew assignments, and technical arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth execution on event day, solving issues on the spot when needed.
  • Supervise vendors, support staff, and ensure high-quality standards.

Reporting & Documentation Requirements

  • Prepare post-event reports, KPIs, and performance summaries.
  • Track expenses, budgets, attendance, leads, and outcomes.
  • Maintain event databases, contacts, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in events or marketing.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight timelines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required (event days only).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools is an added advantage.
