Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Shah Alam. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, implement efficient processes, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. Responsibilities include managing teams, streamlining operational procedures, setting measurable goals, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves coordinating with different departments, managing resources, evaluating performance metrics, and driving process improvements.
