Role Description

We are looking for a 
dynamic and motivated Medical Sales Executive

to join our expanding team. If you are passionate about healthcare, driven by results, and enjoy building strong professional relationships, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company's range of diagnostic and laboratory products to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals and end users.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and develop strategies to expand market coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market feedback to management.
  • Support tender submissions, pricing strategies, and participate in marketing campaigns or exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth product implementation.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Science, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 
    1–3 years of experience
     in medical sales or healthcare product marketing preferred (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within assigned territories.
  • Proficiency in both 
    English and Bahasa Malaysia
     (Mandarin is an added advantage).
