Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Credit Card Sales Specialist, based in Johor Baharu. The role involves promoting and selling AEON Credit's credit card products to potential customers. Key responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, providing financial and product information, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also entails supporting marketing initiatives and achieving sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Credit Card products and a solid understanding of finance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build lasting relationships with customers
  • Customer service skills with the ability to provide timely and accurate assistance
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and an ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
  • Minimum qualification of a High School Certificate or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or sales are a plus
