Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales target.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plan.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand clients' requirements and prepare business proposals by deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • To establish and sustain long-term relationship with clients by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs anticipating new opportunities.
  • Follow up and ensure timely response to enquiries and assigned task.
  • Collaborate with Operations Teams to set competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of company's offerings, services and value propositions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Utilize business intelligence and data analysis to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis, survey and research to generate business opportunity, understand market trends and update of competitors activities.
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, webinars and seminars to study customer needs, learn about new developments and understand new technologies.
  • Attending sales meeting, sales training & product training sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in bio-medical, human/veterinary science or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 years working experience in sales, sales experience in the field of Medical Device is preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English;
  • Excellent capability in business expansion and account management.
  • Possess own transport
  • Able to travel frequently outstation.
  • Position is also open to fresh graduates
