Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise outlets to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Monitor franchise performance, including sales results, customer service quality, hygiene standards, and food quality.
  • Provide operational training, coaching, and ongoing support to franchisees and their staff.
  • Implement brand guidelines, SOPs, and quality control processes to ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews for franchise outlets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Support franchisees in managing resources such as staffing, inventory, supply chain, and cost control.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new franchise partners.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to management, including revenue, operational issues, and improvement plans.
  • Handle franchisee inquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong franchise relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in F&B operations, franchising, or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and F&B operations standards.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours when required.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
