Job Title: Business Driver

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and professional Business Driver to support our daily operations. Besides general driving responsibilities, this role also requires translation skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay to assist with communication during meetings, events, and other business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate company vehicles for business use, including transporting management, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure all assigned vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
  • Provide translation and interpretation (Mandarin English Malay) for meetings, documents, and conversations when needed.
  • Maintain accurate travel logs and any required reports.
  • Assist with errands, deliveries, and general office support tasks.
  • Follow schedules and instructions provided by management.
  • Adhere to all road, traffic, and safety regulations at all times.
  • Demonstrate discipline, punctuality, and strong attendance.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant driving experience.
  • Must hold a valid driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Able to work on weekends or public holidays when needed.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin and English (candidates fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay will be given priority).
  • Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
