About the role

DEKORRA SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role based in Selangor, you will play a crucial part in managing the procurement processes and supply chain operations to support the company's activities.

What you'll be doing

  • Sourcing and prepare Company's procurement activities based on project.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Establish working-level relationships with the Company's network and external vendors for optimal procurement transactions.
  • Coordinate shipment, documentation, logistics and scheduled matter.
  • To establish and develop strong working relationships with suppliers/sub-contractor to ensure timely delivery of material and maintain project's schedule.
  • Work closely with suppliers and responsible for clarifying and negotiating with vendors on contractual terms and pricing.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the Management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed can be considered and welcomed to apply.
  • Min 1-2 years work experience in Procurement.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin would be an added advantage as we are going to deal with China's supplier.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to secure the best terms from suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholder.
