As admin staff are the backbone of the sales team — and we make sure your contribution is valued.

As part of our energetic team, you'll support both our corporate sales staff and customers by:

  • Handling invoices, purchase orders, and delivery scheduling
  • Coordinating with warehouse & installation teams to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock, sales, and payments
  • Supporting sales staff in preparing quotations & proposals
  • Replying customer offline and online enquire

Working Location :

1. Big Bath (KL) - 16, Jalan Metro Pudu, Off, Jln Yew, Fraser Business Park, 55200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

  • At least SPM
  • Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a related field is (Added Advantage)
