Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and instruments safely and independently.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment and safeguarding of exposed materials.
  • Conduct compounding of raw materials and packaging of finished goods in compliance with GMP, SOP, and established control points at every stage of the manufacturing process.
  • Complete batch production according to the planned schedule.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment in accordance with standards.
  • Support shift supervisors by performing assigned duties and assisting in daily operational activities.
  • Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure operational processes meet ISO requirements, regulatory standards, and safety compliance expectations.
  • Actively participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the relevant field, preferably with food or pharmaceutical industry background.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in English .
  • Physically fit for work.
