Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor on-site engineering and construction work to ensure quality, compliance, and progress.
  • Coordinate effectively between contractors and client representatives to resolve any issues and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Assign clerk of work / assistant resident engineer to supervise the site work.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in construction supervision and project implementation.
  • Preferable in flood mitigation/water related projects or similar experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, clients, and contractors.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and aggressive in meeting project milestones and deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure and in challenging site conditions.
  • Site location will be at Sg. Langat, Selangor
