Documetation Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in export/import documentation & submission of customs port clearance.
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the department head.
• Perform declarations based on ALDEC SYSTEM; well-versed in handling K1-K8, border shipment clearance, and knowledgeable in customs clearance processes.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and other stakeholders to arrange bookings and cargo movement.
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian customs regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
• Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation including BL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, and permits.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience in a similar position or equivalent to
• Shipping course / custom course (KEK certificate)
• Experience in customs clearance for all K1,K2,K3,K8, K9 and ZB1, ZB2 & ZB4.
• Experience in control D&D & port storage Removal calculation & achieve company work KPI
• Proper understanding of Malaysia Custom Act – able to timely and accurate interpretation of HS Code to customs and client satisfaction.

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
