Our client is a prominent financial institution within a global financial group, offering a broad range of banking services including corporate, investment, and retail banking. Renowned for its commitment to high-quality financial solutions, the bank plays a key role in supporting both local and international businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of frameworks, policies, and procedures related to operational risk management.
  • Support the bank's business and support units by coordinating the use of effective risk management tools and techniques to improve control effectiveness and monitor operational risks.
  • Prepare and conduct reports on Loss Event Data (LED), Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Control Self-Assessments (CSA), and Scenario Analyses (SA) for management and relevant committees.
  • Investigate the underlying causes of operational risks and develop strategic plans to prevent, eliminate, or mitigate these risks in the future.
  • Analyze operational risk data and trends, and produce relevant risk reports for committees and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and implement the banks operational risk management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in operational risk management.
  • Preferred: Bank Risk Management (BRM) certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
