· To compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions.

· To write technical papers and reports; and prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products and tests.

· To be in charge of ISO implementations, the policy and procedures compliance in laboratory routine.

· To prepare test solutions, chemical compounds and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct various laboratory tests on plant tissues, soils, fertilizers & others related work assigned by manager.
