FX Business Growth and Operations Manager

We are seeking a professional partner with experience in designing and operating AI-driven cross-border fund management products to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in FX and AI-powered financial systems, and have strong English communication skills, along with implementation and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track the latest trends in the financial and FX industry, drive product innovation, and participate in the design, optimization, and implementation of AI-driven FX and capital products.

  • Continuously collect customer feedback during product usage to enhance and optimize the product.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, technology, and sales teams to ensure product designs and materials are both accurate and compelling.

  • Oversee daily operational processes, collect business needs, and drive product upgrades and optimization.

  • Support PR, marketing, branding and client events and activities in Malaysia or SG.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in client-faced product design, with the ability to develop financial products based on client needs.

  • In-depth understanding of AI-powered financial products and services, with knowledge of the latest industry trends.

  • Strong English skills (both written and verbal), capable of communicating with international clients. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
