We are expanding our Sales & Service team to support our rapid growth.

Position Overview

We are looking for a
highly motivated, experienced Sales & Service Engineer
with strong technical knowledge in CNC machining and previous experience dealing with multinational engineering or semiconductor companies.

Candidates with working experience or customer exposure from
Lam Research, ASML, Applied Materials, KLA, TSMC suppliers, or major CNC machining firms
will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

• Develop and expand customer accounts in semiconductor, medical device, automation, and precision machining industries.
• Identify new opportunities with MNCs and OEMs requiring CNC machining services.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets (RM400K+) and weekly new customer engagement KPIs.

2. Customer Relationship & Service

• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Provide timely support on RFQs, drawing reviews, job status, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct site visits, customer reviews, and after-sales support.
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.

3. Technical & Engineering Support

• Understand engineering drawings (GD&T), machining tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with production, QC, and planning teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback to customers.
• Support FA/FAI submissions, sample runs, and problem-solving activities.

4. Project Coordination

• Track order progress, ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Follow up on delivery timelines to support 100% on-time delivery KPI.
• Monitor rejection issues and liaise with QA/QC for corrective actions.

5. Market Intelligence

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Identify growth opportunities in ASEAN, Europe, and US markets.
• Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and trade events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in CNC machining, precision engineering, or semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of CNC processes (3/4/5-axis milling, turning, grinding, lapping).
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances up to ±0.005 mm.
• Familiar with surface finishing: anodizing, passivation, electroless nickel, bead blasting, TiN, etc.

Sales & Communication

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with engineers, buyers, and project teams.
• Strong follow-up, documentation, and customer-handling skills.

Prioritized Experience

Candidates with exposure to:

Lam Research

ASML

Applied Materials

Nikon / KLA / Tokyo Electron

Major CNC machining firms

Semiconductor equipment integrators

will be prioritized.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or related field.
