Content & Social Media Executive Assistant

Location: Bangi, Bandar Seri Putra

Full-Time | 12-Month Contract

Salary: Up to RM4,000/month

Your Role

You'll be part of a small, ambitious team shaping digital education in the financial and tech space. Your job is to create, manage, and grow content that educates, inspires, and builds trust with our audience.

Video Editing: Create impactful short videos using CapCut or similar tools.

Design: Craft sleek and modern visuals using Canva — posters, infographics, and content templates.

Content Strategy: Plan and schedule daily content across Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

Engagement: Use AI/ManyChat tools to respond to inquiries and keep our community active.

Founder Support: Work closely with the Founder to plan, script, and optimize content.

Analytics: Track content performance and report insights for continuous improvement.

You'll Focus On Topics Like:

Personal finance, money management, and smart investing.

Digital innovation, fintech, and future-of-work trends.

Entrepreneurship and financial literacy.

Tech tools that simplify financial life.

You'll help translate complex ideas into simple, viral, and visually engaging content.

Who We're Looking For

Diploma or Degree in:

  • Communications / Marketing / Journalism / PR / Digital Media / Graphic Design

Skills & Mindset:

  • Proficient in social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
  • Strong video editing and design sense
  • Fluent in English and Malay
  • Curious about finance, innovation & digital trends
  • Independent, fast learner, and loves solving problems
