As a Sales Personnel, you will play a key role in driving property sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless sales process from lead generation to handover. Your responsibilities include:
1. Sales & Marketing Execution
- Promote and sell the company's property projects to prospective buyers.
- Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and product briefings.
- Participate in roadshows, property launches, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
2. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with purchasers, prospects, and agents.
- Provide accurate and professional advice on property features, financing options, and purchase procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up diligently on leads generated through digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and events.
3. Sales Administration & Documentation
- Prepare and process booking forms, sales kits, and other required sales documentation accurately.
- Liaise with internal departments (credit admin, legal, finance, marketing, etc.) for smooth execution of sales transactions.
- Assist purchasers in bank loan applications, panel banker engagement, and SPA execution.
- Monitor loan approvals, billing schedules, and purchaser payment status.
4. Reporting & CRM Management
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports
- Promptly update leads status, client interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Track sales progress and highlight potential risks or opportunities to the management.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with property market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands.
- Provide insights and constructive feedback to management on sales strategies and product positioning.
6. Teamwork & Professional Development
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to implement sales campaigns effectively.
- Support colleagues, agents, and partners with product knowledge and sales information.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge of products, selling techniques, and industry best practices.
Job Requirement :
3 years relevant experience in property sales
Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese
Positive attitude
