About the role

As Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and define business requirements, document processes, and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency for Clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Gather and analyse business requirements from key users
  2. Document and map business processes and workflows
  3. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  4. Collaborate with Client IT and development teams to design and implement solutions
  5. Test and validate new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
  7. Continuously monitor and report on the progress of implementation
  8. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Information & Communication Technology industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  5. Proficient in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
  6. Familiar with project management methodologies
  7. Understanding of business systems, software development lifecycle, and IT infrastructure
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
