Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate import and export documentation (BL, DO, Invoice, Packing List, K2/K8, permits).
- Prepare job files, update shipment status, and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Communicate with customers on shipment updates, enquiries, and requirements.
- Liaise with shipping lines, port authorities, hauliers, and agents for booking, release, delivery, or collection.
- Ensure all documents are submitted on time for customs clearance.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues.
- Handle billing preparation and ensure charges are accurate.
- Assist in preparing reports for management.
- Attend to incoming calls or emails.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD
Requirement :
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
