Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate import and export documentation (BL, DO, Invoice, Packing List, K2/K8, permits).
  • Prepare job files, update shipment status, and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Communicate with customers on shipment updates, enquiries, and requirements.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, port authorities, hauliers, and agents for booking, release, delivery, or collection.
  • Ensure all documents are submitted on time for customs clearance.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve operational issues.
  • Handle billing preparation and ensure charges are accurate.
  • Assist in preparing reports for management.
  • Attend to incoming calls or emails.
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD

Requirement :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
