JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
  • Print shipping labels, prepare parcels, and arrange courier pickups.
  • Update inventory records and assist with stock counts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

  • SPM and above

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for tracking orders and stock).
  • Able to use inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Familiar with printing airway bills and shipping labels.
  • Knowledge of courier platforms (e.g., Ninja Van, J&T, PosLaju systems).

OTHER SKILSS REQUIREMENT

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet shipment deadlines.
  • Physically fit to handle packing and lifting when required.
  • Discipline and reliability in following procedures and schedules.
  • Ability to work under pressure during high-order periods.
  • Basic numeric skills for counting and verifying stock.
