About the Role

As a Retail Assistant Supervisor at CHAGEE, you will support the Store Manager in running daily outlet operations. You will help lead the team, ensure smooth service, maintain store standards, and deliver an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who has prior F&B/retail experience and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily outlet operations.
  • Supervise and guide team members during shifts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback.
  • Monitor product quality, stock levels, and outlet cleanliness.
  • Support in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle cashiering and ensure accurate cash transactions.
  • Uphold CHAGEE standards, policies, and SOP compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in retail or F&B.
  • Prior supervisory/team leader experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about customer service and teamwork.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
