About the role

Pharlap Engineering & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Product Technical Engineer to join our team in Sepang, Selangor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our innovative engineering solutions to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical expertise and support for the development, testing, and implementation of our engineering products
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges
  • Conducting research and analysis to improve product performance and reliability
  • Preparing detailed technical documentation and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical guidance to ensure their satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Technical Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills in the field of electrical/electronic engineering
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and product specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and regulatory requirements
