Key Responsibilities and Functions

A. Marketing & Communications (60%)


• Provide general coordination, tracking, and reporting of

marketing activities and operational matters.


• Execute communication, documentation, and submission of

marketing-related documents to relevant parties (e.g. vendors,

service providers).


• Assist in preparing marketing presentations and reports.


• Track and monitor marketing expenses are in line with the

approved annual budget.


• Design and develop creative content for social media (e.g. event

announcements, product highlights) and marketing materials

such as brochures, merchandise, and digital visuals.


• Ensure all designs and visual materials comply with New Holland

brand identity and guidelines.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to

produce promotional videos, graphics, and event materials.


• Manage New Holland's social media platforms (Facebook,

TikTok, Instagram) – including content creation, scheduling,

publishing, and engagement monitoring.


• Respond to enquiries received through digital platforms (e.g.

social media, email, website).


• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing trade shows,

exhibitions, and promotional events.


• Liaise with external vendors and internal departments on event

logistics, materials, and communications.


• Coordinate updates to the New Holland Malaysia website in

collaboration with relevant departments and vendors.


• Support the development and implementation of digital

marketing strategies and conduct market benchmarking for

continuous improvement.

B. AX System Gatekeeper – Customer Master Data (30%)


• Create, update, and maintain customer accounts (cash, credit,

rental) in the AX system.


• Update customer credit limits and invoice email settings

(invoice print management).


• Create and maintain salesman codes; assist in tagging salesmen

to customer accounts.


• Ensure customer data accuracy and compliance with the e-invoicing format requirements.


• Follow up with branch administrators/PICs on customer data

collection.


• Liaise with IT team to coordinate and execute mass data

uploads into AX.

C. Internal Support & Ad-Hoc Tasks (10%)


• Provide artwork or design support to other departments for

internal/external events as required.


• Assist with inter-departmental coordination on marketing-related matters, presentations, or creative input.
