About the role

As a BARISTA at SOFLOVA FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.', you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced, full-time environment. Your primary focus will be to ensure customer satisfaction through delivering exceptional coffee experiences.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a variety of specialty coffee drinks and other beverages to customers
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards
  4. Staying up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques
  5. Providing feedback and suggestions for improving operations and customer experience
  6. Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a barista or similar customer service role in the hospitality and tourism industry
  2. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverages
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Good time management and multitasking skills
  6. A passion for the coffee industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  7. Certified Barista with proven skills in espresso preparation, customer service, and café management.
