Job Responsibilities:

1.Assist the hospital CEO of Bukit Tinggi Medical Centre on the development and implementation of a Marketing plan that will embed set strategies and targets in the form of revenue generation, cost containment and operational key performance indicators (KPI's) which are aligned with Group strategies.

  1. Formulate and implement effective marketing and referral strategies for all business units. Drive market growth, enhance customer acquisition, and strengthen customer loyalty and retention while achieving established economic and business objectives.

3.Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with defined market segments. Maintain and deepen existing business relationships, ensuring continuous pipeline growth and sustainable market presence.

  1. Plan and create strategies, tactics, activities, and branding materials including digital platforms for the purpose of conveying the market message to target markets.

  2. Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team to collect and analyze customer insights. Develop value-driven initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term loyalty.

  3. Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by the CEO or Management to support organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years' working experience with 5 years' managerial roles.

  2. Demonstrated excellence in organizational planning and leadership, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.

3.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers at all levels.

4.Strong capability in managing customer issues and complaints in collaboration with the Customer Care Manager, ensuring timely, professional, and satisfactory resolution.

5.Mandatory experience in the healthcare industry, with a solid understanding of hospital operations, market dynamics, customer expectations, and regulatory environments.
