Are you passionate about driving seamless payroll integrations and delivering reliable HR technology solutions? We're looking for an experienced Integration Consultant to join a global consulting organization, supporting complex Workday payroll integration projects across diverse markets.

As a Workday Integration Consultant (Payroll / PECI), you'll take the lead in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining payroll-related integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external payroll partners to ensure smooth data exchange and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and support payroll integrations using Workday PECI.
  • Manage data mapping, file structures, and vendor-specific payroll requirements.
  • Analyze functional specifications and translate them into robust integration solutions.
  • Conduct unit testing, peer reviews, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support post–go-live.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to validate configuration and data flow.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver work items within defined timelines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years in Workday payroll integrations.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Workday PECI (required).
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, data flow, and third-party vendor integrations.
  • Familiarity with other Workday tools (EIB, Core Connectors) is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
