We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Finance Personnel to fulfil the following roles:

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the day-to-day accounting matter and ensure compliance of the company policies and procedures.
  • To review and to ensure that the monthly financial reports, variance analysis report, management reports, cash-flow, forecasts and budget are submitted in timely, accurate and complete manner.
  • To review and to be responsible for monthly closure of accounts to group reporting, timely preparation and submission of management and statutory reports.
  • To handle GL function and full set of accounts.
  • To assist in ensuring that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
  • To co-ordinate and to assist in preparation of audit and tax schedules and responding to queries.
  • To handle corporate and regulatory tax matters.
  • To assist in liaising with bankers, auditors, company secretary, tax consultant, legal advisor and various authorities.
  • To handle customer/ vendor account registration.
  • To supervise staffs in accounting functions.
  • To oversee Purchasing Division of Group of Companies.
  • Experienced in inter-company transfer structures.
  • To take on ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Professional Qualification preferably with (ACCA / CPA / MICPA) or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably of which at least 2 years in a managerial capacity in an accounting field.
  • Highly motivated and confidence to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment.
  • Must be excellent in analytical skills, meticulous and detailed oriented.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
