About the Role

This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth in data center infrastructure, power systems, and network solutions.

You'll collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to deliver strategic solutions that meet customer needs and strengthen Litech's position in the market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for data center, telecom, and ICT infrastructure solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions with accurate technical and commercial information.
  • Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business decisions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT, or Business.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in data center sales, power systems, or ICT infrastructure.
  • Strong network in the telecom, data center, or enterprise market is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally as needed.
