Job Scope:

  • Content Strategy & Development: Lead the ideation and execution of content strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement. Provide creative direction for various content types.
  • High-Impact Copywriting: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for a wide range of platforms, including websites, social media, marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and long-form content like articles and whitepapers.
  • Brand Messaging & Tone: Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels. Develop and refine brand guidelines for copywriting.
  • SEO & Performance Optimization: Write content that is not only compelling but also optimised for search engines and conversion. Stay updated on best practices to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Editing & Quality Control: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and grammatical accuracy. Provide constructive feedback to junior writers and marketing team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create compelling narratives that support business objectives. Guide teams on messaging best practices.

    Industry Research & Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of content marketing trends, industry news, and audience insights to inform content strategies and maintain competitive positioning.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) with strong translation skills—ability to craft compelling content in both languages while maintaining cultural and contextual accuracy.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful content.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to craft content that aligns with brand and business goals.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Experience with SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in mentoring or leading junior writers is a bonus.
