Job Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within targeted industry segments.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and renewal targets.
- Conduct solution-based selling by understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored cloud solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer retention and account growth.
- Support lead generation initiatives, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Provide market insights and business intelligence to refine offerings and enhance go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure business development efforts align with company objectives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Business Development Executive:
Fresh graduates are welcome

no prior sales experience required. - Business Development Manager:
3–5 years of experience in B2B solution or consultative selling, such as IT services, software solutions, business consulting, cloud services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven track record of selling customized solutions and achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and digital transformation trends.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into business value.
- Well-established network and understanding of the APAC IT and business landscape.
