Job Responsibilities:

  1. Support the sales project operations of the Asia Pacific Enterprise Sales Dept, including managing and monitoring project process and analyzing relative sales data, developing improvement solutions for project/customer satisfaction, and tracking the implementation of improvement measures.

  2. Support the Enterprise Sales Dept of the Asia-Pacific Region to follow up and track the processes of key projects, and collaborate with all departments to close business issues.

  3. Implement quality control, analyze and control the effectiveness of business execution through process guidance, review, measurement, and evaluation, identify issues and risks, implement key control measures, and achieve the preset objectives.

  4. Drive the improvement of operation efficiency of each team through digital operation management, develop and optimize related processes, regulations, tools, and templates, and improve the overall operation capability.

Position requirements:

  1. Have a proficient command of quality indicator setting and measurement, be good at setting key quality monitoring points, and promote continuous improvement of business quality. Successful implementation experience is preferred.

  2. Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years experience in project management is preferred.

  3. Good communication skills, logical analysis skills, and strong problem-promotion skills.

  4. Be familiar with the use of office software such as Word, Excel, and PPT. Be familiar with the use of service data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

  5. Be able to adapt to high-strength working environment and have certain compression resistance.
