Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
    end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
    to achieve business goals and brand growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong
    social media presence
    , ensuring consistent engagement across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm, plan, and implement
    creative and data-driven growth strategies
    .
  • Plan, create, and execute
    targeted email marketing campaigns
    to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on
    campaign performance
    , including website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Manage and optimize
    paid advertising campaigns
    (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) for improved ROI.
  • Conduct
    market and competitor analysis
    to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the
    continuous improvement of marketing strategies
    using insights from analytics and performance data.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Marketing, Digital Media, Communications
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in digital marketing or campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools
    (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Strong understanding of
    social media trends
    and platform algorithms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Basic knowledge of
    content creation tools
    (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Good communication and project management skills.
