My client is a Singapore's leading car marketplace platform and currently seeking a Product Manager in Malaysia (1 year contract renewable basis) who's passionate to join a growing team and solving real customer problems through data, experimentation, and scalable product solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Product Ownership

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of key features across the platform
  • Define and communicate clear product roadmaps that align with user needs and business goals

Data-driven Decision Making

  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, user interviews, etc.) to inform feature development and prioritization.
  • Define success metrics (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, experimentation, and user feedback.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ship impactful features on time.
  • Act as the voice of the user while balancing stakeholder expectations and technical constraints.

Growth & Optimization

  • Identify and implement optimizations across user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to improve user journeys through personalization, targeting, and funnel optimization.

Agile Execution & Project Management

  • Break down problems into MVPs, define user stories, and manage sprints.
  • Maintain and groom a well-prioritized product backlog and facilitate daily standups or sprint reviews with the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment (platform, marketplace, or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of product discovery, agile methodologies, and user centered design.
  • A proactive, owner's mindset, you treat the product like it's your own business, taking full responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Analytical and result-driven, comfortable working with data tools, KPIs, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
