Bus Terminal Counter Officer


• Serve the customers and perform ticket purchase transaction.


• Ticket checking when boarding passengers


• Advise customers on bus trips information including but not limited to schedule, ticket price, departing and arriving points, etc.


• Liaise with Easybook engineers at bus terminal to provide accurate sales data and any other information as requested.


•Responsible to increase and maintain online bus ticket sales to achieve at least 50% of total ticket sales through digital platforms.


• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Assistant Supervisor


• Plan, organize, or manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.


• Collaborate with other managers or staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, or objectives.


• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.


• Managing team schedule.


• Filtering documents to make sure it fulfil requirements


• Serve the customers and perform ticket purchase transaction.


• Advise customers on bus trips information including but not limited to schedule, ticket price, departing and arriving points, etc.


• Record transactions, compile and analyze data and report their findings to management.


• Liaise with finance department for daily sales report.


• Handling cash transfer and report cash transaction.


• Perform administrative tasks according to the instructions of their project head.


• Assist operation flow at terminal.


•Responsible to increase and maintain online bus ticket sales to achieve at least 50% of total ticket sales through digital platforms.


• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a:

  • Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field (for Terminal Counter Officer role)

  • Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/telecommunication) or equivalent for Supervisor role.
  • Required skill(s): customer care, communication skill, IT literacy, tech savvy.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Working Location: Bus Terminal Miri Sentral, Sarawak.
  • Applicants must be willing to work on shift basis and willing to work extended hours/weekend and good working attitude.
