Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensure smooth daily operation of the finance department.
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting including AP, AR, GL, FA.
  • To lead the accounts team in all accounting and costing matters to ensure timeliness and accurate reporting of the company financial performance.
  • Group's financial analysis and performance review, cash flow, costing periodic forecast and budgeting.
  • To review monthly financial statements, consist of balance sheet, profit and loss accounts, cash flow statements, etc.
  • Monitor and planning cash flow positions and preparation of monthly and yearly cash flow positions.
  • Ensure timely account closing including financing statements / report preparation
  • Handle statutory audit / taxation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external matters and ensure compliance of all statutory and tax requirements.
  • Undertake any other projects and ad-hoc work assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent. Professional Degree CPA/ACCA/CIMA is preferable.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in accounting field with knowledge of Audit/Taxation background, full set account and leadership management.
  • Preferably with experience in process improvement projects, budget and control analysis, as well as working experience in property development in a managerial capacity.
  • Mature, Independent and good personality.
  • Able to communicate well with all level of staffs.
  • Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
  • Knowledge of AutoCount system will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
