Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Business Development Manager located in Malaysia. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth and market expansion. Regularly interacting with clients and partners to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction is key to this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy Development, and Market Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Data center market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and for business development activities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluency in English/Chinese; proficiency in other languages is a plus
