We are looking for passionate Technical skilled to join us as a Principal Structural Engineer in our Buildings market in Malaysia. This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience in a consultancy that will provide you with a platform to tap into expertise across the globe and give you the hands-on experience to make a difference in the communities that we live and work in. The programme will provide you with invaluable networking, learning and development opportunities. 

You will be part of a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team and your job description includes:

  • Set stragegic direction for structural engineering and oversea major projects.
  • Ensure technical leadership and compliance with global standards.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to shape project outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in structural engineering delivery.

About you

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering, minimum of 10 years experience, chartered status preferred.
  • Knowledge of local codes and standards
  • Strategic vision and stakeholder management.
  • Solid technical expertise with mentoring experience, Inclusive leadership and career development.
  • Skilled in STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAFE for complex structural design.
