Business Development Manager
to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. Also, an expert who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities.
We are looking for a leader who is passionate and hungry for growth. Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, fantastic working attitude and ownership.
A business development professional has three primary responsibilities:
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching products and/or services
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing growth strategies and plans
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Increasing client base
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Assist to achieve business goals.
