Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for HQ and site positions including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination & onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, payroll support data and handle employee claims.
  • Prepare HR letters (appointment, confirmation, promotion, salary review, warning, termination, etc.)
  • Handle employee relations, grievances and engagement activities to support a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate training programs, onboarding sessions and monitor employee certifications.
  • Support performance management, KPI tracking and HR reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws, company SOPs and policies.
  • Manage office supplies, uniforms, petty cash and assist in HR administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin or related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in HR Generalist role is an added advantage (fresh graduate are welcomed)
  • Good communication skills, proactive, organized and able to multi-task.
