JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Organizing and maintaining equipment documentation and records (equipment ledger, logs, etc.).
  • Assisting with the procurement of spare parts and equipment components.
  • Supporting finance-related tasks, including preparing documents for equipment-related payments.
  • Conducting routine onsite equipment inspections and assisting with issue tracking.
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or higher education qualification (Degree preferred).
  • A basic understanding of mechanical or electrical equipment is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • Good communication skills in Malay and English (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
