Front Office Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Front Office team to deliver professional and warm guest service
- Oversee check-in/check-out operations, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt, effective resolution
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth daily operations
- Manage front office budgets, reports, and scheduling
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations (resort or hotel environment preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages an advantage)
- Customer-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of hotel PMS systems
