Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Front Office team to deliver professional and warm guest service
  • Oversee check-in/check-out operations, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt, effective resolution
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth daily operations
  • Manage front office budgets, reports, and scheduling
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations (resort or hotel environment preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages an advantage)
  • Customer-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of hotel PMS systems
