Main responsibilities:

Trade Execution: Execute trading instructions according to established trading strategies to ensure efficient and accurate completion of transactions.

Market Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of market dynamics, quick response to market changes, and adjustment of trading strategies to cope with market fluctuations.

Risk management: Identify, evaluate, and manage trading risks to ensure that trading behavior is within a controllable range.

Performance analysis: Analyze transaction performance, generate transaction reports, and propose improvement suggestions.

Strategy feedback: Work closely with strategy analysts and quantitative development teams to provide market feedback and assist in optimizing trading strategies.

Job requirements:

Work experience: Must have more than 3 years of experience in digital currency trading.

Educational requirements: No restrictions on education or major, but a bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related majors is preferred.

Technical skills: Familiar with market and trading mechanisms. Experience in Python programming or Data Analysis is preferred.

Financial knowledge: In-depth understanding of the structure, characteristics, and related financial products of the industry market.

Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written expression skills, able to clearly convey trading ideas and results.

Decision-making ability: Possess good market insight and quick decision-making ability, able to work in high-pressure environments.
