Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting an Operations Administrator in Johor Branch: PTD 200458, Mukim Pulai Daerah, 81550 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim, Malaysia. (Nearby Gelang Patah)

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for supporting the daily operational functions of our Company in Johor and Singapore to ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and operational standards.
  • Acts as a key link between management, staff, and vendors, providing organizational support to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the operations department.

Job Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles (experience in a similar industry is an advantage).
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin language proficiency is a plus). "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with business software/tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Professional, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and reliable in handling tasks.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced and changing work environments.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
